From the Game

Open Settings → Delete Account, read the confirmation and confirm. Internet access is required. Sign in again if requested. Wait for confirmation that deletion completed; if it fails, retry or contact support. This permanently deletes the game career and is not reversible.

Without installing the Game

Email contact@carpathianwolfinteractive.com with the subject Career Tycoon account deletion. This is an account-deletion request route, not just a general help article. Include your player name and employee number or game-account identifier if known. If you do not know those details, describe the account so we can help locate it. We may need proportionate verification to prevent someone else deleting your career. Never send your password, card details, or purchase/authentication tokens.

You can also request deletion of a particular bug report or support message without deleting the game account. Include enough information to locate the message. We respond within the applicable legal deadline; under GDPR, normally within one month, with any lawful extension explained within that month.

What is removed

Successful account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication game account, canonical cloud career, career recovery copies, account-linked support records, save/admin queues, employee mapping and server-time probe. In-app deletion also clears game saves and preferences on the current device. Clear copies on other devices or in device backups separately. For information processed on our behalf by another provider, we coordinate applicable deletion requests through that provider's process.

What may remain

Restricted purchase replay records and deletion safeguards remain separately to prevent duplicate grants and recreation of a deleted account. They can contain hashes, order information and an old game-account identifier; they are not necessarily anonymous. Their approved retention criteria and other legal exceptions are described in our Privacy Policy. Bug reports need a separate lookup because the current report format does not attach a game-account identifier.

Independent Google Play transaction records and provider-held information are subject to their own legal obligations and retention/deletion procedures. Deleting this game account does not delete your Google account, automatically refund purchases or waive lawful refund rights. Uninstalling the Game alone does not delete the cloud account.
